For Tidal Guidance, we partnered to craft a brand identity that mirrors the flow, strength and renewal inherent in their holistic fitness approach. With founder Julia’s decade-plus experience in exercise and movement science, and her dedication to supporting everyone from young athletes to new mums, the brand needed to feel welcoming, empowering and steadily evolving.
We drew on a palette and typography that evoke both calm and momentum - a nod to the “ride the wave” metaphor - while maintaining clarity and adaptability across digital and print applications. The result is a visual toolkit that allows Tidal Guidance to stand apart as a confident, inclusive training space, equipped for growth as Julia expands into nutritional medicine and beyond.
